My cat has sorta stopped eating. She has lost weight and I took her to a vet and her bloodwork came back fine

He thought the Xray showed some distention in her intestines but I didn't have the money for the ultrasound. But she started eating again and was doing better. Then all of a sudden she stopped. I can hand feed her stuff for a moment and then she stops. It seems she sometimes can't smell the food, but I got her some really smelly stuff she used to love and just walked away. It isn't that she's not hungry, she just refuses to eat except just a little bit.
