What is the better way to give treatment for Lupus Nephiritis?

The World Health Orgainization has established 5 cles of lupus nephritis. Treatment is prescribed based on the cl and severity. The only way to determine the cl is by a kidney biopsy. Treatments include intravenous cytoxan, azathioprine or cellcept often in conjunction with prednisone and hydroxychloroquine.
