What that article, and most of the Obama supporters fail to mention, but which Berg (a Democrat by the way) also points out in his lawsuit is that Obama was a naturalized Indonesian citizen, and that to regain his US citizenship he would have had to take a loyalty oath between the ages of 18 and 25. Proof of that loyalty oath is one of the doents requested.
