Cancer Chemotherapys?

I'm doing a science project and i was wondering what the side effects for the chemo 5-fu for the cancer called "Liver Cancer". Please i really need the help. I'm doing a science fair projects on Chemotherapy's. So i would really like some of the reactions to 5-fu on Liver Cancer. Like what kinds of sicknesses can they have while on that chemo with Liver Cancer.
