Baby and liquids while sick?

My 10 month old is sick with a cold but doesn't want to drink. I know it's because his nose is stuffed up and when he drinks he can't breathe. Anyone have any ideas of how to get him to drink more? I'm concerned because I can see that he's starting to get somewhat dehydrated. By the way, we've tried formula, water, diluted juice, and pedialyte. Nothing entices him.
