Always tired and get lightheaded and forgetful?

Did the blood tests include checking for an underlying infection, potium level, or vitamin d deficiency? Also, did they check for parathyroid issues? Since it has occurred before and resolved itself, any chance that it's some time of allergic reaction - could be seasonal or even something at home/work (i.e. scent, mold, etc.).
