When can I expect my FIRST period after a tubal pregnancy?

I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and as of this week my bloodwork shows my hormones approaching zero. When can I expect my next period? Is it going to be months or just about 4 weeks? If anyone knows the answer to this question...please shed some light on this for me. Of course, I'm very eager to start trying again. Thank you so much!
