Honestly, is it that hard to type something that's grammatically correct?

I completely agree with what you're saying. It's not just the poor grammar that's a problem, it's the bad spelling as well. There's absolutely no reason why they can't at least get the spelling right, considering the fact that there is a spell checker right next to the answer box. I mean really! The questions with poor spelling and grammar just annoy me to the point where I immediately skip right over them. Trust. ';-()
