I would say he tells you this so you think that you know he could get alot of girls but he wants you, or he wants to have a . But I'm pretty sure that he is pretty much saying if you leave him or something he can get another girl very easily, kinda like saying hey I'm awsome and you got me so you better not lose me type of them.
