I have a 4month gsd that sleeps a lot?

she used to be very active and always want to walk. but for the past 2 days shes been sleeping all day without ANY exercises at all. she never wants to do anything now and i'm just wondering if there's anything wrong with her? i also changed her dog food from blue buffalo to orijen puppy all breed. maybe the food is causing the laziness?
