HPV and I want to get pregnant, are there risks?

After I had my last baby I went in for my 6 week check up and they told me I had HPV. I had a colposcopy done because there were visual signs of abnormalities. The biopsy came back inconclusive. No problems since then. They are monitoring me to see if I start having pre-cancerous cells. With the idea of possibly getting cancer... I want a son. I have three daughters, and I don't want to wait to see if I get cancer. But I can't find any literature anywhere about if there are complications that may arise because of the HPV. The only thing I think I know is it doesn't cause warts, atleast none that I have seen. My question is if I get pregnant would there be any risks or complications to my baby... and would I need a C-section delivery?
